Drawing from her background in performing arts and sports science, Seoyoon brings a unique perspective to her Pilates instruction that emphasizes both form and functionality.

Her teaching philosophy centers on:

- Creating progressive, goal-oriented programs
- Maintaining engaging and motivating sessions

With over a decade of teaching experience, she has developed expertise in:

- Athletic conditioning
