2. Services Offered

TIMA Pilates provides:

• Group Pilates classes

• Private Pilates sessions

• Semi-private sessions (Duet)

• Studio rental services

• Wellness consultations

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Booking

• All classes must be booked in advance through our website, App, WhatsApp, or Kakao

• Bookings are subject to availability

• Full payment is required at the time of booking for booking confirmation

3.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling

• 24-hour cancellation policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class will receive a full credit

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class will result in forfeiture of the class credit

• No-shows will be charged the full class fee with no refund or credit

• Rescheduling is subject to the same policy as cancellations

3.3 Late Arrival

• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be refused entry to maintain class flow

• Late arrivals resulting in refused entry will be treated as no-shows

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

• Current pricing is available on our website and at the studio

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

• Credit/Debit cards

• PayNow

• Bank transfers

• Cash (at studio only)

4.3 Packages

• Package validity periods begin from the date of purchase, unless agreed otherwise

• Packages are non-transferable unless explicitly stated

• Unused classes in expired packages are forfeited

• Package extensions may be granted for medical reasons or overseas travel with valid documentation

5. Refund Policy

• Single class bookings are non-refundable but may be credited per our cancellation policy

• Package purchases are non-refundable after 7 days from purchase date

• Refunds for medical reasons require a doctor's certificate and will be prorated based on remaining credits and validity period

6. Health and Safety

6.1 Health Declaration

• Clients must inform instructors of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy before class

• Clients participate at their own risk

• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk

6.2 Liability Waiver

By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that:

• Physical exercise carries inherent risks

• You are voluntarily participating with knowledge of the risks

• You release TIMA Pilates, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries

6.3 Insurance

• Clients are advised to maintain their own health and accident insurance

• TIMA Pilates maintains public liability insurance

7. Studio Rules and Etiquette

7.1 General Rules

• Remove shoes before entering the studio floor

• Arrive 5-10 minutes before class

• Mobile phones must be on silent mode

• No photography or videography without permission

• Clean equipment after use

7.2 Hygiene Requirements

• Recommended to bring a clean towel for self-use

• Wear clean, appropriate workout attire

• Refrain from strong perfumes or scents

• Maintain personal hygiene standards

7.3 Personal Belongings

• TIMA Pilates is not responsible for lost or stolen items

• Valuables should be kept with you or locked in provided lockers

8. Membership and Account

8.1 Account Creation

• Accurate information must be provided

• You are responsible for maintaining account security

• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

8.2 Termination

We may terminate or suspend access for:

• Violation of these Terms

• Inappropriate behavior

• Non-payment

• Health and safety concerns

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, and materials are property of TIMA Pilates

• No reproduction without written permission

• Client testimonials and photos may be used for marketing with consent

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be:

• Posted on our website

• Effective 30 days after posting

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

13. Force Majeure

TIMA Pilates shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Pandemic-related closures

• Technical failures
