Drawing from her background in performing arts and sports science, Seoyoon brings a unique perspective to her Pilates instruction that emphasizes both form and functionality.

Her teaching philosophy centers on:

  • Creating progessive, goal-oriented programs

  • Maintaining engaging and motivating sessions

With over a decade of teaching experience, she has developed extersie in:
