Service Description

Support your changing body during and after pregnancy with exercises that strengthen your core, improve pelvic stability, and prepare for delivery. Our prenatal sessions focus on comfort and functionality, while postnatal classes help restore abdominal connection, address diastasis recti, and relieve back strain from caring for your newborn. All sessions are led by specially certified instructors.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your classes, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. Any cancellations within 24 hours or absence will result in deduction of class credit. Should you be unable to make it for the class due to unforeseen circumstances, please feel free to contact management anytime!
